DEVENEY SHEA, MRS USA EARTH NATIONAL DIRECTOR
Deveney Shea has been named as the National Director for the Mrs. USA Earth, Ms. USA Earth, and Elite Earth pageants. As Ms. Earth 2024, formerly as the Ms. USA Earth, she is the perfect addition to this organization to help Glamorously Green Queens continue to serve their environmental impact. Deveney not only is a national director and former Pageant Queen, she also is a LTC in the U.S. Army Reserve and the owner of Deveney Media, LLC, which will be producing the USA Earth Pageants.
In 2019, Deveney decided to enter a beauty pageant for the experience.
She won the state title of Miss Maryland for America 2019. She carried the title of United States of America’s Ms. Kansas 2021. She placed 2nd Runner Up to the title of United States of America’s Ms.
Taking the lead to help shape other women’s self-confidence, she became a director for 3 states for the USOA Pageants. She was recognized for her efforts by being named in the top ten State Directors by Pageant Planet for 2021, in her first year as director.
Deveney is also committed to her community through service and philanthropy.
She is an advisory board member for Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, Final Salute INC, and other agencies which provide support to veterans experiencing homelessness. However, her passion for animal advocacy has taken the lead in her life to make sure she supports animal friendly organizations throughout the US.
Deveney makes it a point to give a portion of pageant proceeds to animal friendly businesses in the US each year on top of her efforts to increase awareness and donation support to animal sanctuaries and rescues nation-wide.

Mykhael Michaels is the founder and CEO of the Mrs. Earth® International and Ms. Earth® International pageants more than 19 years ago. He currently works in the aviation industry and is an entertainer/model. Mykhael has choreographed and performed with the BSC Dance Company, while attending Hawaii Pacific University and traveled as a cast member of “Up with People”.
Appearing in made for TV movie specials; print advertisements and walked runways for Gap Inc., Liberty House, and Sears as well as a past spokesmodel for Verizon, Digital Lifestyles/Hip-E, GM, Nueske’s and Hasbro. He was also a radio personality on WOKB Orlando "Peace On The Streets" radio show delivering celebrity gossip during his popular segment "The ShadeTress".
Mykhael is no stranger to pageantry having held Mr. Massachusetts, Mr. United America, and Mr. United States, Mister USA titles. With the combination of serving as a state preliminary judge (Miss USA, Mrs. America, and Ms. International, and Miss Teen America), state director (Mrs. Massachusetts and Mrs. Connecticut United States pageant) and his own personal experiences he understands that attention detail and first class service is key to creating a successful international event.
