MS. EARTH USA, NATIONAL DIRECTOR OR AFFILIATES shall not be responsible if sponsor prize package offerings differ or fall short of the above-mentioned prizes, although we encourage you to voice any concerns with sponsors to directors.
Some prizes are dependent on titleholders' availability and may conflict with other obligations. Some prizes may require travel and/or lodging to be paid for by the titleholder.
In some cases, winner may reserve the right to decline a sponsorship but may not accept a similar sponsorship from a competing company in that industry. If a winner declines a sponsorship, she must endorse the sponsor and attend appearances as requested.
Prizes may differ slightly, prize package offerings change regularly as sponsors are secured, therefore final prize package offering must be obtained from and will only be guaranteed in writing from MS EARTH USA to the winners. Nothing contained on this website shall be considered binding in any way.
